    First role, age 22. Prospecting, sales team leadership, training, ADF conferences. Entry into a sector that would become the through-line.

    Revenue grown to FRF 12M / year

    Key accounts development, structuring and management of a French sales team dedicated to dental market.

    Oriane Concept

    Founder

    Obtained reproduction rights for the Louvre Pyramid — negotiated with the French Ministry of Culture, the museum's leadership and the architect. Company built from scratch around those rights.

    Founded from scratch, platform development, fundraising. The online proposition — accessing practice software via the internet rather than local install — arrived too early on the dental market. Commercially it did not land, but it forged an operator.

    Led AxiSanté (French leader in physician practice management software) and launched CLICKDOC (teleconsultation and online appointments). Framed the XDENT business plan (new dental software, project not launched). Parallel leadership of CompuGroup's Data Driven Business Model internationally.
